CLE 2012 Update

The Center for Learning Excellence was established in 2000 to assist organizations, collaborations and communities in achieving their outcomes in an efficient and effective manner. Effective July 1, 2012, the initiatives and staff of the Center were  integrated with the Center for Special Needs Populations, an interdisciplinary center under the College of Education and Human Ecology. Quality work and services are still available under this new umbrella.

To discuss pricing and availability for any of our products and services, contact Dr. Dennis J. Sykes at sykes.3@osu.edu, Director, Center for Special Needs Populations.

ODE Race to the Top Extending Community Supports Initiative

The Center for Special Needs Populations at the Ohio State University is offering a set of surveys as a part of the Ohio Department of Education’s Race to the Top Extending Community Supports initiative. These surveys were compiled to supplement existing school improvement planning in a manner that specifically targets student, staff and families’ needs relevant to nonacademic barriers to learning.
