Community Planning & Evaluation
The Center for Learning Excellence assisted the United Way of Central Ohio (UWCO) in an effort to develop measurement tools for United Way performance measures. The UWCO identified nine community results and 65 performance measures as part of their most recent strategic plan. Community results included assuring that “youth graduate form high school well-prepared for additional learning and productive careers” and “people in crisis have access to emergency food, shelter and financial assistance.” United Way staff and volunteers with assistance from Center staff identified 53 measurement tools that will be pilot tested in phase two of this project.
